How to stop feeling overwhelmed

I’m overwhelmed with everything. I’ve always been “stressy” but lately it’s getting worse. I stress about everything

When you say 'everything' does this just mean things in your life or work, or including worries about things as individuals we can't control eg war in Ukraine, climate change?

My top tips would be:
Don't watch/read the news
Cut down all your social media
Try to be alert to when you are comparing yourself to other people, usually feeling you come up short and should be doing yet another thing
For things you actually have to do chunk them up into much smaller pieces
Write a list - but a realistic one, not one with 100 items on it
Try to work out which bits you have to do, and which bits are someone else's responsibility. Then when you start worrying about them, remind yourself it isn't your problem.

Finally CBT is really helpful for this.
