To be pissed and fed up

I had a go at DH for the lack of help he gives me with the kids and around the house, on the back of this he has decided to do even less than normal to prove a point. I have literally had enough. He even threw a piece of rubbish on the floor , I felt like screaming

I dont think we can judge with no information. It might be that he does loads. But if he doesnt, and now he does less to prove a point, what a dick. I'd leave the rubbish where he threw it as well.

I went on strike.
i have done literally nothing for weeks in the house other than the bare minimum and stuff for kids.
Things slowly starting to change.
But your DH sounds like a real prince dropping litter etc. I would honestly feel like strangling the guy if that were my partner.

Most people are cheerful when pissed rather than fed up.
