So we have one family on the street whose kids often play football on the road, my car has been smashed numerous times always met with "Kids playing" or just denying it.

My planters have been smashed by balls.

Their next door neighbours are in process of moving home, and they haven't moved fully yet but as soon as one moving van left the road, they already had a paddling pool out in the front garden! Even though they have their own front and back garden.
They quickly moved it in the nightime because neighbours had to come back to drop keys off or something.

Isn't this odd? They used to take advantage of the old disabled man that lived their prior and take over the garden, but surely after not having access to the garden for 2 years, you wouldn't try "claim it back"

I don't plan to move away but I dread another summer of watching these entitled people abuse a garden that's not theirs and smash footballs off the back of our cars!

They sound nasty. Who owns the empty house? They need to get a fence around it. Could you get a car camera and film when parked. Give the video to the police.

I wouldn't give a second thought to the garden thing because as much as it's odd, the fact your car and plant pots are getting smashed, is what you need to be concentrating on.

I'd get a camera up and send any footage to the police on 101.

The council. The top flat lady and the neighbours gang up on whoever lives on the bottom flat I have noticed. We have all lived on this road for 20 years plus.
The back garden is a split garden. Yet the tenants who have just moved out, told me that the fence has been removed only this weekend effectively making it look like a communal garden.

I have ordered a camera to be installed so I have proof next time my car gets damaged.
