Applying for job pregnant? NHS

So I'm currently 16 weeks pregnant I work in the NHS and I'm a healthcare assistant, recently been redeployed to a permanent ward which I didn't want but my team got scrapped I used to work on all wards where ever they needed help but I am contracted (not bank). They have new vacancies coming out next week and I'm so interested in the role, usually it's like finding gold dust these jobs hardly come out and I really don't want to miss the opportunity, I was considering applying and if I got an interview at the end I would be one and honest about the pregnancy. Has anyone ever been in this situation I'm aware they can't discriminate but they can make any excuse I suppose? Should I bother or not?

Yup been there, just apply and interview, you don’t need to disclose anything. Difficult to conceal if you’re approaching 20 weeks by time of interview but only need to declare after you accept the job/at the point of requirement within your trust, which is around 25 weeks.

good luck

I would feel awful if I didn't say I was going on 20 weeks at the interview when it's done, atleast I would've tried idk, thankyou for replying :)
