Hi all, I had a reaction to hair dye about ten years ago now. It wasn’t a severe reaction but I felt like I had been sunburnt round my scalp and ears and my skin peeled and looked red raw. I haven’t had my hair dyed since and I am going grey. I really want to try a vegatable hair dye as I no longer do anything with hair except tie it up. Please can anyone recommended a good vegetable die that I can patch test and then all being well use?
or should I leave well alone , has anyone suffered a reaction after having no reaction to a patch test?
