I'm launching a new business soon and have come up with some TIC ads featuring politicians but need to know if I will be locked up for publishing them!

Any advertising/legal bods around I can talk to please? Quite urgent as they'll be irrelevant by next Thursday 😁

Checked with the ASA and they recommended not running the ads, but they did think they were funny. (OK, made the last bit up!).

I presume you've budgeted for actual marketing and advertising advice, and your business plan doesn't say "Mumsnet forum feedback" for social media tactics

As you will see from my update my most excellent idea has already been nixed so no further advice is required.
