We’ve been going round in circles for absolutely months. Really can’t figure out what’s best

I am knackered in general. Want something scenic but simple! We have a ten year old and a one year old. Both get car sickness after about two hours! We live in North London so I’m tempted to go by train or plane somewhere BUT don’t want to lug all our stuff on the train or plane. I want to take one year old’s proper pushchair so baby will sleep well as always naps in pushchair so leaning towards the train but where to?

We could hire a car once we get somewhere, just need to not be sitting in a car for hours to travel! Or travel for two hours only

Would love a gorgeous scenic seaside place. Ideal would be St Ives but seems like a nightmare to get there by train?

Please help with any ideas? We are all in need of a good break

Is this in August? I think you'll struggle to find anything in somewhere like St Ives now.

Weymouth? You can go direct from Waterloo.

I’ve got a holiday home just outside Folkestone, it’s got amazing views of the channel and France and had a heated pool, gym, sauna & jacuzi.
We are normally fully booked but closed for 7 months due to storm damage from Storm Ciaran. We still have 2 weeks in the school hold, so message me if you want more info
