I accidentally sent the council quite a large over payment. They got it back to me really quickly though. I’ve continued to pay rent as it’s due but they’ve contacted me saying I’m considerably in credit still. This is over 2 months later. Anyone know why I’m still showing as in credit? Will it eventually correct itself? I’ve told a few people that it was an overpayment that was paid back to me but no one has updated my account to say this and I don’t get why it isn’t showing on their side that they refunded me
