I'm the worst wife ever!
Please anyone know what I can do/ buy/ have delivered by tomorrow afternoon?????

He's away, gets back tomorrow lunchtime. The kids and I will be at school and work so can't go to a shop.

Im looking now for an experience or show but I have to book a date for a show and that means having to book a sitter before I can book the tickets.

I've been so ill this week and so busy and I kept thinking right I need to order something but those thoughts always come into my head when I'm driving, cooking dinner... When I'm busy.

I'm shit I'm always shit with things like this but I think this time it's really important and he's going to be upset. I don't want to upset him.

Is your job flexible in any way at all that you could start an hour or so late and make up later on the week? Might give you enough time to get something

You could get theatre or dinner vouchers - that way you don’t need a date. You could even buy them with a particular one in mind so you can say tickets for such & such play /show but got vouchers so can pick the night? Or vouchers for a gig? Again ticketmaster do vouchers so he can choose music / comedy etc

Otherwise membership or a subscription to something he likes / enjoys?

Try an independent gift shop if you have any nearby. They probably still have men’s gifts in stock for Father’s Day (did you get him anything for that at all?) Many would be happy to choose and wrap something for you and you could just swing by and collect it after work or at lunchtime if poss. Do you have a friend or relative that could help you out here?
otherwise, fall back on printing out a voucher. I’m shit at this sort of thing myself but honestly if you just throw money at it you can usually solve the problem one way or another.

Get the kids to make a card in the morning before school. Piece of paper folded in half & some felts they can do it while they eat breakfast. Pick up something nice for dinner & wine or order take away. Blow job after dinner. Done

I didn't know Ticketmaster did vouchers, that's a great idea!
Also there is an Argos really close, I could even pick it up after work then.
Kids and I will all be making a card in the morning 🙈

I've ordered something from Argos that the kids can give him and I've ordered tickets for a show that I know he wants to seem just fingers crossed I can get someone to have the kids.
I have to say I'm most excited about the Argos present, I never would have thought of Argos!
