Black skies having this impact on me?

It’s really affecting my mood. I would go so far as to say affecting my life. The sky is so dark, it’s 3pm in June! Just started raining. Yesterday I took the bins in and it was hailing for 20 mins. I feel low and I know it’s connected to that! Anyone else feel this way? I guess I need to get a grip but it’s so miserable

A lot of people are miserable about it but this weather is pretty normal for a British summer. It has rained all day here, roads have flooded. I had to put the heating on earlier this week.

Forecasts seem to suggest we won't get much of a summer however it could change

It's really not pretty normal though. Not for it to be so persistent.

Totally get it op. It feels like we've had pretty much the same weather since October, with no decent break of mild, dry weather.

Yes exactly seems like the same weather since October!! It’s really affecting me now. Just want a bit of sun and light skies

I used to get this a lot.
A SAD light changed my life

That's climate change for you
Everyone moaning about weather, conveniently forgetting their contribution to global warming

‘This weather is pretty normal for British summer’ since when?
