Why has Poole taken £100 from me?

Hi all, we went to Poole on a break in Feb and now my bank statement shows a company called POOLE has taken £100 from my account.

I'm wracking my brains but can't think what this would be for.

I definitely didn't get any parking tickets or park illegally.

We took the ferry to Sandbanks but definitely paid.

I thought it might be for petrol guarantee charge but it doesn't give the name of the company. Also, I've checked my account and the £100 was never refunded.

Any idea what this could be for? I will call my bank to raise a dispute.

Oooh I hadn't thought of that. But I don't think I took out any cash. We pay for everything by card.

I hate those mysterious entries on my CC bill. I buy something in a shop in Hastings but I get a spurious London address on the bill. I spend ages mulling over what the hell it is.

I keep lots of receipts now so I can marry up amounts with bank or credit card.
Its a right pain.
