I’m desperately trying to sort myself out physically and I’ve finally found some exercise I like.
How do you manage if you don’t want to wash your hair every day? I have naturally curly hair but I use a keratin smoothing treatment so it’s more wavy atm. I generally wash my hair twice a week but I’m extremely inactive so that’s fine.
Is there a way of avoiding hair washing after every exercise session? Obviously I’m not getting massively sweaty (it would clearly need washing then).
Any product/style recommendations greatly appreciated.
