To ask for your hair care tips for exercise?

I’m desperately trying to sort myself out physically and I’ve finally found some exercise I like.

How do you manage if you don’t want to wash your hair every day? I have naturally curly hair but I use a keratin smoothing treatment so it’s more wavy atm. I generally wash my hair twice a week but I’m extremely inactive so that’s fine.

Is there a way of avoiding hair washing after every exercise session? Obviously I’m not getting massively sweaty (it would clearly need washing then).

Any product/style recommendations greatly appreciated.

I just tie mine up in a messy knot or wear my hair curl band some of the others in my classes wear a headband over their foreheads or a scarf tied over hair to minimise any sweat. I only wash mine two or three times a week and it’s never smelly or anything.

Hair wrap to keep your hair off your skin and make sure you wash your face, neck and shoulders really well before you let it down. That way you won't get more sweat in your hair.

I have to was my hair if I run out exercise in a warm place. I find the sweat makes my scalp itchy. You might get away with just washing with water if you massage your scalp well.

Blow dry your roots after working out and get a good dry shampo.
