If the sonographer can't tell, a bunch of randoms on the internet can't tell either.

You will get the same guesses as you would get without sharing the picture.

No idea but congrats! I've head of the nub theory and shape of head so maybe research that. There's also a pregnancy board where posters are very helpful.
