If I moved away due to domestic abuse (all proven in court and dad has been ordered that he has to do all travel, 140 miles), can he ask for a reduction in cms and is it likely to be ordered?

Yes he can, would also think like he'd get it. He also could get block visiting so instead of sat/sun eow, he might get Friday/mon every 3 weeks for example. They can also stop you moving
