Dear AB17 JENl please get your car seen to. Your indicators don't work.

I'm pig sick of this woman failing to indicate and assuming she can do what she likes. I always find myself behind her and give her a wide berth.

Registration number not the genuine one but I'd put it on a community group.

Go for it!

Peonii · 07/06/2024 00:35

Seconded. Do it!

earlymorningcurlewcall · 07/06/2024 00:37

I see this kind of post all the time on my local group. I say go for it!

GrumpyOldCrone · 07/06/2024 00:40

It’s frustrating when other people don’t drive well, but we all know we’re going to encounter arseholes every time we go anywhere in a car. I think it’s better to stay as calm as possible when you’re in charge of a ton of hot metal.

And if you post this on the forum, you’re escalating the situation, and you risk starting a feud. It’s not worth it.

Upupandaway10 · 07/06/2024 00:41

Yes go for it!

saltinesandcoffeecups · 07/06/2024 00:43

Now I’m just curious how many people actually agree with the OP vs. the smartasses who just want the drama to unfold🤨

DNLove · 07/06/2024 00:47

It's not passive aggressive, it's constructive politness. Use your f-ing indicator would be just aggressive which you can do only if constructive politness doesn't work.

DNLove · 07/06/2024 00:50

Hell I agree, the function is on a car for a reason. It stops someone crashing into you or getting crashed into. It's mandatory for safety.

Incredibly annoying! Does she drive a BMW by any chance? 9 times out of 10 when drivers think the rules don’t apply to them, they’re in a BMW.
(Just like not all men, not all drivers of this car brand, obviously).

A range rover.

I did post it! I've had two responses calling me a coward as it posted as Anonymous Member! I'm sure they'd be calling the driver more than a coward if they ran up their arses.

It's not that it's BMW drivers, Mercedes, or whatever. It's just that you notice it more when they do it because they're driving a car you would like to have.

I'm driving a classic car and definitely don't want a Range Rover.

See this regularly on our local groups - often accompanied by a photo of the offending vehicle

Haha assumptions much? Flash cars do not impress me in the slightest and in no way do I want one. If I did, I have the means to buy one. As well as the runaround I have, we also have an ‘expensive’ family car as my husband is into cars. You couldn’t be more wrong.

Crumpleton · 07/06/2024 09:16

It's pretty annoying when your brain is clogged thinking of all the things you need to remember to do, then along comes the likes of JENI that expect you to do their thinking for them too.

They'd probably be the first to moan if people didn't indicate, nothing worse than being sat at a roundabout wondering which way people are going to turn.
There was a time you could hazard a guess but no, even correct lane positioning for some is a challenge.

You can't change someone else's behaviour - just your reaction to it! Save your energy
