To be getting annoyed at all the junk mail?

I'm getting junk mail on a daily basis now, leaflets, newsletters, charity bags... some via royal mail but mostly from others. None of it is useful to me.

I have a sign saying no junk mail on the letter box but still it gets posted.

Is there anything I can do short of running after them if i catch them and giving it back or taping up the letterbox? I'm aware I can't stop royal mail posting it but I feel like my bins are half full with this.

I also have a "no junk mail" sign, but it gets ignored. also feel like my recycling bin is half full with leaflets!!

It's so annoying isn't it! Wouldn't mind so much if they where useful, just seems such a waste of paper and plastic with the bags.

Thank you, I'll give this a go. Id say about 80% of the junk comes from other places, but at least it will be something less than what it currently is.
