To be concerned about whatever is happening to my body??

I was due on my period on the 21st of May according to the period tracking app I use.

My last period started on the 22nd of April.

That means that if I was pregnant I would be 5-6 weeks pregnant now.

I have done 3 pregnancy tests which have all been negative.

Other than not getting my period I have been feeling really tired and irritated, I have been getting cramps/feeling uncomfortable in my lower stomach, my nipples have been sensitive/getting sore when breastfeeding my toddler, I have been feeling dizzy some evenings and I’ve had some chest pain and diarrhoea as well.

I put an econsultation into the doctors and a pharmacist called me at the weekend and said that he would book me a blood test but I have called the doctors today to ask when it is as I didn’t get a text and the receptionist said that they don’t do blood tests to test for hcg and that I would need a positive pregnancy test and then be referred straight to the midwife but the whole point of the blood test was that I’m not getting a positive test 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I have put another econsultation through (the receptionist told me to) and taken another pregnancy test again which I have attached a picture of to this post. I will do another one in the morning but I’m not sure what else I can realistically do 😩

If your period was late due to pregnancy you would have a positive test at this point. It’s probably just a wonky period – they happen from time to time.

I had six months where I got a period every second month - one ovary seemed to be on strike.

Maybe something like that?

Is there a chance you could be perimenopausal?
