I paid £300 for a consultation for a skin issue.
I’ve now had a follow up email which includes a treatment that was never discussed with me. I’ve never even heard of it. The doctor said she would ask if just my concern could be treated rather than my full face and they’ve not included that.
I just feel scammed.
