On holiday... balcony giggles 3am

I'm on holiday. It's 2.45am.

The balcony directly below ours has girls sitting on it talking and giggling. Not quietly. Also not English.

I've tried calling 'Oi - shh' out the window. Nada.

Suck it up? (I've nowhere to be tomorrow bar laying by a pool).

Are you somewhere with a reception? If so, I'd call them and get them to deal with it.

Otherwise find some creepy music on your phone and play that till they get spooked and go in.

Pour water on them!

Pour warm water on them immediately after making vomiting noises. Okay, don't actually do that. But it would be funny to hear the giggles turn into shrieks...

So annoying but equally I think I'd just stick some cotton wool in my ears and zone it out for one night.

Thanks everyone, I was properly between 'it's one night suck it up, you were young once' etc and 'FFS it's THREE am!'

We're in a family resort in Majorca with lots of kids etc. They shut up and went in at 3ish.

Lots of poolside naps for me today. I might be wide awake at 3am and put some tunes on 😆
