Feel really stressed and anxious because I’m losing my job soon - I’ll possibly be redeployed in a different role but that could be absolutely anything. I’m in complete darkness.
The niche job I applied for and have been doing a good job in is no longer needed so there’s a restructure going on. I work as a performance lead and manage a team of analysts and I’m not sure what the next steps are. Has anyone been in a similar situation and did it work out?
