Advice needed (posting here for traffic). As my username suggests I have a very demanding job. Net net I have loved it in the ten years I have done it but for various internal politics reasons it is now stressful and tiresome and I think I need a change. Not just another similar role in the field but something completely different.

The problem is I can’t make up my mind what I want to do and need professional advice. I am the breadwinner in my family and have a big mortgage and a daughter doing GCSEs in two years so before anyone suggests going part time or doing something more chilled or downsizing and moving somewhere cheap, this is out of the question for the moment.

I need to find a proper coach who a) knows what roles are out there for people like me and b) can help me navigate my own psychological needs. And no woo. Does such a person exist?
