I was let a property by my housing association in which there are multiple issues
when I got it the garden was not just over goriwn it was a forest and unusable, with massive tree and trunks - over 4 years iv cut it back but it’s still not usable and the patio is also broken and dangerous I just done have the funds for this.
Mon addition the pipe work is not working the kitchen over flows form washing machine I have unblocked this and even brought 2 new washing machines I am told it’s the pipe work in the kitchen and something to do with the drain being right outside the kitchen
I’m at my wits end I can’t keep the home nice the cupboards are damp and full of flies by the pipe work and by the drain outside the kitchen
what can I do ? Or do I accept this is my expense ?
