Hi, I've tried (obviously not enough or correctly) to ascertain why I can't access all that I used to on "Hey Google".
I can ask for whichever radio stations, but I can't ask for any particular singer(s) or any particular song(s), without getting an automated response of the speaker stating that I'm no longer linked to the original account.
I've spoken to the person that was kind enough to give me the Google "nest" I think it's called, but even they can't figure out why it's happened, or how to reconnect me.
Is there a Google telephone "helpline" where I can receive guided assistance, or the person who paid for the service originally, to get my device to operate fully?
My search to find a telephone number has so far been fruitless...
Go easy on me, I'm not daft, but I'm not particularly tech savvy... tho really it shouldn't be made difficult to put right, surely?
