On the Beach - anyone had a good experience?

Booked a holiday online last night.
Issue with the type of room but am unable to contact them.
I want to speak to someone on the phone. I've tried every option on their IVR system and not one puts you through to a person.

I've also been unable to set up an online account to manage my booking as its recognising my email despite them emailing me my booking confirmation.

Any advice, gratefully received.

I've always used them and have booked 4 holidays with them. No issues. Sorry I can't offer any more help.

I've found them to be awful the last time I used them, never again! You can wait on love chat, but unless you're flying in the next few days they won't help you anyway.

I once had my package holiday cancelled a few hours before the flight and when I managed to get through it was 100 and something in the Queue.

I went about my day while on hold and when I eventually got to talk to someone they were lovely and fully refunded me.

im surprised you can’t get hold of someone to discuss your holiday though. Do they have an email
address you can try?

I've just managed to create an account but still need their assistance. I will try the live chat tmrw and email the hotel direct I think.

I’ve used them several times. No issues. Basic level of service. The only issue I has was with the TUI plane but that wasn’t their fault.

I’ve used them probably about twenty times and never had an issue. Did have to contact them during Covid and live chat was ok

I've used them several times and have never had a bad experience, but they are cheap as chips for a reason so it is all very basic.

Holidays have always been excellent though.

I had to take them to court over our holiday being not available a week before travelling vote with your feet don't touch them with a barge pole!
