A month ago when I handed in notice landlord emailed and said handover would be at 8pm
He has just emailed to say instead it will be at 6pm
I won't be able to clean etc as thoroughly.
Especially as I had to have viewings today which he said he would sue me for breach on contract for if I didn't allow.
Can I say the 6pm stands?
