Just that, really!

My ex has been mistreating our daughter and there is a police investigation.

Ex says that I have been alienating her from him and that I have reported this as revenge. (None of this is true).

Looking for stories of how others have succeeded/failed.

Gobsmacked that it's on the non abusive parent to protect a child, even after authorities are involved.
