I am SO torn. I’ve found a seller who checks out and has sold regularly on the site. Others have had success for different concerts using this seller - he transfers to ticketmaster.
The tickets are obviously wildly expensive compared to face value but I could afford them.
my concern is that venues will cancel tickets if they are found to have been bought by ‘bots’ or touts. The concerts are not local to me so I’d have to book a hotel. If you arrive and can’t get in at the gate they provide a letter for you to show Viagogo and you do get a refund (plus I’d pay on credit card) - it’s more the disappointment of getting there and not getting in as I’d be taking my 10 year old.
aibu to even consider it? We really want to go and I do believe this to be less risky than buying off all the random ones shown on fb. I didn’t even get a code in the Lottery of the Taylor Swift tickets 😩
