To be fed up and not know what’s going on

I have violent images, urge's to but people when out never acted on this. I went to visit a horse then had thoughts that I had made her unwell and she was going to die. It’s constant and so horrible.

Do you have any ongoing MH support in place? See your GP immediately if not. You sound quite unwell.

I'm sorry. x
It sounds horrible and it must be exhausting. I think you need support and some medication too. That can sound scary, but the relief you'll feel when you're free of your intrusive thoughts will be massive.
And you didn't harm that horse at all. You really didn't.

You need to voice this to your doctor immediately or ring a mental health charity for better advice. I hope you get some help asap. Sorry you’re going through this.

As others have said, see your GP.

Intrusive thoughts are very common OP and they can be distressing. If they are impacting you daily I would advise seeking help with your GP. You aren't alone but it can get easier.
