Has anyone had experience with doing this?
We have had our house on the market and there has been very little activity. This is despite the house being in “excellent conditon” and labelled as premium on rightmove.
A lot of the estate agents are VERY young which was not the case when we were doing our research a few months ago. The agents are just never available to speak to. We do a lot of chasing. And many of the questions we ask get the response “I’ll have to ask the manager”.
House is in a sought after area in a London commuter town.
Will we look desperate? Should we just wait for lower interest rates in Aug?
