I’ve noticed this.. does it look like dimpling? I used to have my nipples pierced and my breasts have gone from a B to E in the last few years and I do have a lot of stretch marks etc but I feel really worried about this area

Mine looks like that too and I have health anxiety so will be interested to see the replies!

my GP said it’s dermatitis. I’ve never had a skin condition before, which I told her. She told me to stay off Google and let her do her job

It could be where the scar tissue from your piercings has not healed properly so has caused a sunken area

I genuinely can’t see anything unusual so seems fine to me but get checked if you are unsure

Mine look like that but have for years. If its new get checked out.

I can't see anything unusual either, however, it will likely depend on your age (my breast tissue and skin is different now in my 50s dor example) and also, if this is very different / sudden change in appearance for you, then get it checked to put your mind at rest.

Also worth looking in a mirror standing up and comparing both sides.
