It's a bit of a boggle isn't it? Where do you start to unpick it? I thought Brand was famously a Buddhist OM. Maybe sharing a religion with Suella Braverman was too much for him. Which would be completely understandable.

I think Russel is a genuine spiritual seeker of sorts, but this liason does seem laughably cynical.

Is Bear Grylls still the Chief Scout? I think something like this is really indicative of very poor judgment at best and totally incompatible with his role at worst.

I can’t stand RB or BG. RB is a well-known vile PoS but mutual acquaintances tell me BG is also a nasty little shit with a Tim Nice but Dim fake persona.

Don't like either of them- feel both are fake, and thrive on self- publicity.
As for baptism, I doubt they know what it means or represents.

Agree with PP that I dislike both of them and when I read about I was very much pulling a '....eh?' face, a weird publicity stunt as they're both look at me attention whores.
