Summer toddler capsule wardrobe

I'm really trying to get on top of my finances this year but it seems I've got a bit of a spending addiction on buying clothes for my toddler. She's almost 2 and I can't seem to stop buying. I do buy second hand a lot from places such as vinted, but even there it adds up. I really want to try and reduce the amount I spend as I'm aware she doesn't need that much clothes. I was hoping to keep to a kind of summer capsule wardrobe for her and was hoping you guys would help me do that :). So like she would need X amount of dresses , tshirts etc. She's not in nursery at the moment and we spend a lot of times outdoors x

How often do you do a wash, as this will influence what you need. Also, are you happy to leave her in grubby stuff at home when you've been on a day out?
I think 4 short 4 long sleeve t-shirts (keep the sun off), one zip up hoodie type thing, one cardi. 1 beach dress 1 nice dress. 5 leggings, 2 shorts. Crocs or sturdy sandals that won't rub bare feet, and trainers. One waterproof lightweight jacket, wellies.
