Given that the rhetoric around the General Election seems to be ramping up, without any nod to when it might be, wouldn't it be awful if someone tried to schedule a General Election when lots of people were likely to be away on their holidays? I'm sure no one would be so cynical, but yesterday I thought I would check if I was eligible for a postal vote, and today I had it approved! How easy? This easy https://www.gov.uk/apply-postal-vote
