Have you tried InterFlora? I don’t know if they deliver there but the do in other countries.

I’ve used IGP Flowers a couple of times to send flowers to friends in Dubai, and I’ve been happy with them. The flowers arrived fresh, and the arrangements were really nice. I also like that they have a variety of options, so you can pick something that fits the occasion. The delivery was quick too! Definitely worked out well for me, so I thought I’d mention it.
