Cul de sac parking

My neighbour has decided that it's ok to park two vehicles in the turning point in our cul de sac. We live in a long terrace and unless we do about a nine point turn to turn the car around, we'd have to reverse back down the street to get out! This is very selfish of him and I don't know if it is actually allowed. Can I do anything about it?😡

You could ask the council to paint double yellow lines in the turning point. But have a chat will all the other neighbours first as everyone would need to be in agreement. Have you had a little chat with him to see why he's doing it, if it's just a short term thing and if he realises the issues it causes?
Unfortunately, if there are no yellow lines currently he can park there legally, assuming he's paid his road tax.
