We only dated for around a month so it's barely an ex I guess, but I'm still not over him. He ended it, saying he didn't want it to go any further because it could get complicated in the office.
I respected it, we're friendly still but it's painful seeing him around. Luckily it's only a couple of times per week and it's a large office, but it's just making me miserable.
I am currently applying for other jobs, I have got an interview but this is the civil service so things are very slow.
I'm not interested in meeting anyone else ATM because I just want to be single, but I'm going through such pain. He doesn't seem to be at all.
People will say this is why you don't date at work, but it seems to work out for lots of people. Not sure what else to do, any advice? I wish I'd never got involved.
