Soon to be 7 year old DD - birthday ideas

For the love of God please can someone give me some ideas of what to get my soon to be 7 year old daughter for her birthday!
I am all out of ideas and don’t want to panic buy a load of random stuff!

Once or twice we treated our youngest to a big party at home. She had a couple of big gifts and then we’d hire a bouncy castle for the garden and have a big party. So not necessarily a lot of presents but lots of memories.

my daughter is 9 and has had the above stuff over the last couple of years.

Squishmallow, curious q and a books, fairy potion making set, draw with rob books, scrunchies

-Make it real: Fashion design sketchbook
-simbrix or Hama bead set (simbrix are good as need no heat or water and can be taken apart and re-made
-Uno
-Taco Cat Goat Cheese Pizza
-Themed Dobble
-"Smart Games" Grizzly Gears (or one of the others, they are great)!
-Isadora Moon/ Mirabelle/ Emerald book- great for readers who want to move on to a bit more of a proper chapter book but who still like to have pictures
-Electronic Spirograph- great for the car
-Galt Rainbow Lab, or bubble lab, or one of the other "lab" sets
-a "how to draw" book
-Magic Mixies Mixlings
-clothes/PJs/hair accessories

I'm assuming if she needs a new bike or summer toy like a slide that could be your main but the above are a variety of things my 7 year old twins girls got for their 7th birthday and Christmas.
