To wonder how people cope with triplets

I mean … people do as I do know of two sets of triplets. But how? Prams and slings and feeding and sleep - do you ever sleep?

Twins must be so so hard but omg triplets 😱

I have twins and it was/is tough, but parents of triplets (similar to all other parents) have no choice but to just cope.

I imagine with triplets it's incredibly difficult and I have a lot of respect for all parents of multiples, and the higher the number of babies, the more respect I have for their plight! :)

So do I @44PumpLane - I’ve had a tricky day with a teething baby and doing this x2 must be hard!

Friend wore one baby and used a double pram. Her preschooler walked.

I have triplets and you have no choice but to get on with it. It’s hard but completely doable.

A close friend had multiple MC's, rounds of failed IVF and was told she was infertile. She fell naturally and when the baby was 3mths old, found out she was expecting twins! She had 3 under 13mths and everyone assumed they were triplets. They coped, but did have help from parents and her sister. Triple buggy, timetables, schedules etc.

my friend had triplets after her first so they had 4 under 2. they basically spent a lot of money.

I used to babysit triplets, but didn't know them until they were 4. They had an au pair - I don't know if that was the solution when they were babies. They were the best behaved kids I babysat.

I know someone who ended up in a mother and baby unit with triplets after it caused a huge deterioration in her mental health. No family support and no money for extra childcare. So it's not really a case of mothers having no choice but to cope - sometimes they really can't cope and that isnt their choice (and I'm sure many struggle to cope at home but aren't on the radar of mental health services and suffer out of sight).
