Noisy neighbours in hotel

It's 1150 on an all inclusive family hotel in Gran Canaria am knackered and a family upstairs shouting yelling on balcony it's awful second night not slept because of it. Asked them to be quiet and got a mouthful of abuse back stating they are on holiday and it isn't their fault we want to sleep

Like an episode of Benidorm- never again will I do this. First and last time,

Have you not reported them to management?

Irishmama100 · 09/05/2024 23:52

Report to hotel reception and ask to be moved.

VestibuleVirgin · 09/05/2024 23:52

Speak to the manager and get yourselves or neighbours moved. Also speak to travel company rep.
But all inclusive, you get what you pay for...

Aquamarine1029 · 09/05/2024 23:54

Seriously, op, raise hell with management until they move you or deal with the riffraff.

annoyance888 · 10/05/2024 00:01

Yeah done it...I leave in two days tbh it's ruined holiday, it hasn't helped at all
They are still yelling and shouting and banging

I want to go home

Go downstairs to reception right now and demand to be moved.

annoyance888 · 10/05/2024 00:35

The police are gonna be called if they continue to ignore security and tomorrow we will be moved.

Despite this they are still going for it

This is one of the many reasons we go self catering in a small villa.
