He's doing a normal thing, and you're there winding yourself up about it.

If you're insecure then you need to be working on yourself, not worrying every time your dp goes out.

You need to sort your head out. You can't just accept you won't change, that's not fair on partners

If you'll never change (you absolutely can, it seems like you probably don't want to) its not really fair to be with someone, not trust them, and scour social media every time they go out with their friends.

That will just create a miserable life for you both.
