He's a convicted multi fraudster and, despite all the other evidence, it has been found that he phoned the insurers about details of cover for repatriating her body beforehand.
I.e. BEFORE she drowned - what can be more premeditated? I mean, hello, am I unreasonable to question why did this not come up in the previous trial and only now in the civil case against him?
