I had an interview this morning and they seemed to not know anything about me or my CV. They even left my CV in the upstairs office and didn’t bring it into the actual interview. They were asking me what I did as a previous job and seemed surprised when I answered, as if they hadn’t even bothered to read through my CV. I feel like the interview went ok but I just feel like they didn’t even bother and all other interviews I’ve been to they have my CV in front of them?
