I’ve really tried everything over the years. I think the worst all the time. I worry about what people think. It’s awful. Has anyone managed to get on top of it?

Sorry to hear you're having such a hard time, I have struggled with anxious racing thoughts for years on and off and they're very difficult to cope with. You said you have tried everything im guessing different medication and talking therapies? CBT can help with this and finding the route cause to what's making you so generally anxious which can be useful but for me the only thing that's made a significant difference would be taking antidepressants (sertraline was most affective for me ). It can be so draining and consuming when you feel this way. Hope you find a solution soon, you're not alone Smile
