Sorry for long post but AIBU to be pissed.
Booked a haven holiday for May half term, 4 nights. My DH, our Kids, ranging from teen to toddler and I decide to take my niece and nephew as they are always at our house and why not.
I booked an 8 berth caravan and spent about £800.
Since covid they have a policy of booking swimming 4 weeks in advance, fine. I tried to do this this week but we get 14 sessions. One session is one person so we can’t even book 2x sessions for us all.
I called the site they said basically nothing to do with them. I called the number online and a woman told me to book 7 slots for 2x sessions then pay extra for early check in at 12pm get there 2 hours early and hope there was one cancellation. This would mean I’d need to leave my house before 6am. Why should I have to? They knew how many I booked for and they offer caravans this big so why is the policy so restrictive? If there was 3 of us going we could go 4x over the week.
Has anyone had this problem? I’ve sent a complaint but no response. Surely the amount of sessions should be per play pass.
