Any idea what these results could mean?

Been waiting 3 months for my Drs follow up appointment, it will be in a few weeks, in the meantime I’m worrying about my blood test results. I have a positive Ana result, low calcium and low iron/ferritin
I haven’t felt well for a while, constant kidney stones, always tired, achy, lots of weight gain, puffy upper eyelids, just unwell overall
Anyone know what could be going on?

Anyone had similar?

My +ve ANA test (1:640) meant lupus.
I share some symptoms with you, but not all.

@FuzzyPuffling Yes I’m not sure about the lupus as I don’t get any rashes etc
