Why has everyone got bad reviews??

Want to leave sky broadband after price increase but virgin media, vodaphone, now and bt all have such bad reviews! Whose your broadband with and how do you find the product and customer service?

I've been with talk talk for years and have never had an issue
I renegotiated price this year and saved £5 so always worth asking
Speed is fine and customer service are always helpful in my experience

If G Network are in your area (they are now in most of London but not sure where else), they are fantastic
