To be concerned about this lump…

For a couple of months I’ve had psoriasis/eczema on the back of my neck, got some steroid cream and used it for a couple of days and all was okay. It’s still quite red but never really itchy anymore. I’ve now just noticed a small lump in the area. I hope I’m just being paranoid, but would you be concerned about this?

Is it sore or itchy, hard or soft?

I wonder if its a sebaceous cyst? Don't Google that if your eating.
