I wasn't sure if this was the right place to post on.... but extra curricular activities is not busy....

If your child played in a sports team, attended training all the time. Went early to help set up,always last to support coach to clear up but hardly ever get selected to play would I be unreasonable to move teams....

Just for context said child plays at County level and is exceptional. They play full matches there and won player of the year. But Saturday coach always makes excuses why they don't select said child. Such as not strong enough etc.

It's knocked child's confidence in this team and team mates attitude toward them.

Absolutely move team. Why would you stay in the scenario you describe? Do what is right for your kid.

I'm gonna take a guess this is grassroots football and the coach's kid is in the team but not very good....

Thanks. No its not grassroots football. Its a high league sports and the coach is a paid member of staff. Which in a way makes it worse.

Yes we're putting child in trails. Her County coach can't believe she doesn't get selected ro matches.
