At one point it was Beverley Crusher, then Dana Scully, then probably CJ Cregg too! I also wanted to be Elizabeth Archer in the mid 90s as she and Nigel got together - 14 year old me thought it hugely romantic. I also wanted to be Miss Lemon, but with a more active role in helping Poirot solve cases.

These days it would be Harriet Vane, although Vera is probably more accurate.

I wish I was more like Lynette Schavo from Desperate Housewives. She wasn’t always “nice”, but she was so strong and never at a loss for words. Also, when an emergency forced her to take her baby to a job interview, she changed a nappy whilst giving a presentation, without breaking her stride.
