What to cook tonight

I have searched through lots of the topics lol and could not find one that was suitable for what I was looking for. So therefore I have put this under AIBU.

Looking for some easy more protein based dinner ideas. But within reason because as I'm sure some of you will know younger kids won't eat everything or some of the things us adults are happy to eat.

I am not a cook, more like oven things and a healthy salad/veg side etc.

Thanks in advance 😊

Last night I made chicken schnitzel served with pesto pasta and a green salad. Pretty quick and tasty.

Meatballs & mash are another favourite here.

A simple sausage casserole? We like to use turkey sausages. Or a chicken, chorizo and chickpea stew?

Rukmini Iyer has a range of Roasting Tin recipe books where you basically bung everything together which my might be useful for you.
